Shipping & Returns

ORDER DELIVERY & TRACKING

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order ships, a second email will be sent with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Please note that during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. Orders shipped via standard ground service generally arrive within 5–7 business days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged en route to the shipping address provided, Feral Youth Co will gladly send a replacement. However, customers are responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs of the replacement.

Once a package is marked as delivered to the correct address, Feral Youth Co is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct your shipping information, contact us at hello@feralyouthco.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES – U.S. ORDERS

Feral Youth Co accepts returns and exchanges on eligible merchandise purchased through our website within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. To initiate a return or exchange within the U.S., please email hello@feralyouthco.com for a return label.

Please Note:
All sale and sample sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

By placing an international order, you agree to the following:

  • The order total at checkout does not include local taxes and duties.
  • The shipping carrier may require payment of duties or taxes prior to delivery.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Feral Youth Co.

If taxes or duties are unpaid and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
